300-350 g of sugar + 50 g of FRUTTA 50 CREM + 50 g LIMONE 50 + 1 litre of water. Mix the three dry ingredients (sugar, FRUTTA 50 CREM and LIMONE 50) and then pour in the water, mix with a mixer, leave to rest for 5 minutes and stir.
