Finally available in gelato shops a true spreadable hazelnut cream to be proposed in the gelato showcase.

Thanks to the particular formula created by our R&D team, the product does not need to be frozen in the batch freezer or to be used as decoration / variegate but to be used as it is in the gelato tray.

Before serving it is sufficient to leave the product to chill in the gelato tray inside the showcase for about 2/3 hours or to pre-chill inside the blast freezer for 25-30 min before placing in the gelato showcase.

This extraordinary cream has been studied and created to be put inside the cone in order to ensure enjoyment until the very last bite.

For the more gluttonous customers it could be served as a gelato flavor, thanks to its typical consistency and structure like gelato.
