Quality Assured
As a family run business, the directors are always closely involved with the day to day business, checking and caring for quality. We are proud of our reputation for quality and service. As producers of Organic cones we are audited by the Soil Association. Other bodies licence organic products and at lower cost. However we feel that the Soil Association are more dedicated to the organic cause, not only as an auditing body but as an organization that does so much more in terms of education and campaigning for the organic ethos. We also audited by an independant, nationally recognised company; details available on request.

Trade Associations
In order to keep up to date with the latest legislation, best practice procedure etc, we find it useful to be a member of the various organisations. They are a well respected organisation who are successful parliamentary lobbyists as well as fulfilling many other useful functions in support of their food manufacturing members. Antonelli Brothers have long been associated with the Ice Cream Alliance. We recently received a certificate of “longstanding support” celebrating 50years of membership. Building good local relationships has always been important to us. The Manchester Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MCCI), is dedicated to the development of local business using local resources, whilst tapping into the advantages offered from it’s national network of Chambers and worldwide networking.

Ordering product and Delivery
We usually supply product in pallet multiples, single or mixed product, with no delivery charge. With our team of transport specialists we assure a reliable 3 day service to most part of the UK and 5 days to the more remote locations. Next day delivery is normally possible, there is a nominal charge per pallet for this service. Those customers with more modest volume requirements will be happy to know that there is no minimum delivery quantity, although there is a volume charge for less than a pallet delivered. If you prefer to collect from our warehouse, we operate a “CALL & COLLECT” system. NB. We can only deliver to an address that is attended all day on the date of delivery, unless by special arrangement.
